Hello!  This is a survey regarding your use and views on add-on products in the auto insurance industry.  Add-ons are typically towing & rental contracts (motor clubs) or Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) policies, but might include any product or service that is sold on a frequent basis by an insurance agency along with the sale of auto insurance for the purpose of increasing agency income and providing additional benefits to the consumer.

Eligibility:  Any agent, agency owner or employee of an independent agency selling auto insurance in the USA.
